Lydia's first experience in the exersaucer - She LOVED it! I think she likes being upright and able to watch what's going on - especially her big sister. She is fascinated with Iris!

Our little TV junkies. Lydia is obsessed with the television. As soon as she sees that it's on, she zones in and only turning it off can get her to stop looking at it!

Our girlies on their first ride in our new double stroller which I am ridiculously excited about! It's so much fun for them to be able to ride together.

Various poses of Lydia - isn't she cute? I especially like the one with her belly hanging out. She loves to lay on her side and chew on her hands. It's one of my favorite things she does at the moment. If she catches you looking at her she just smiles....

Poor girl -she was soo grumpy - I think she was still feeling the

effects of the flu she'd had earlier in the week.

Iris loves to use her Easter egg basket as a hat.

Iris is growing up fast, and we've been getting a kick out of some of the things she's been saying lately. Last night at supper, we were talking about how her hair is starting to grow (finally) and how she needed a haircut. I was musing about the different styles we could try now that her hair is a little longer -

Mommy: Your hair is getting really long. I bet we could get it cut in a little bob.
Iris: No, mommy, no! I want a little larry!!

We thought it was hilarious! Todd and I laughed our heads off. (She's referring to VeggieTales, for those of you not familiar with the reference. She thought we were talking about Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber.) Iris is great - she is so funny and bright. I think this might be my favorite age so far!
